The East Stroudsburg, PA Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) population 1/ increased from 45,604 in 1970 to 169,896 in 2010. That was an increase of 272.5 percent.
The foreign-born (FB) population increased from 1,282 in 1970 to 16,541 in 2010. That was an increase of 1,190.2 percent. The foreign-born share changed from 2.8 percent to 9.7 percent.
The share of the overall population that was native-born (NB) increased by 246.0 percent from 1970 to 2010.
