The foreign-born (FB) population increased from 511 in 1970 to 4,111 in 2010. That was an increase of 763.2 percent. The foreign-born share changed from 0.8 percent to 3.9 percent.
The share of the overall population that was native-born (NB) increased by 70.5 percent.

The first chart below shows the three population change factors for three periods adjusted for annual average amounts. Domestic migration (NDM) was the primary factor in population increase in the first two periods, with B-D in that role in the most recent period.
The second chart shows the same data but with an adjustment to reflect births to immigrants shifted to NIM. In it, the leading factors kept the same relative positions, but NIM became the second largest factor in the most recent period.
